Payment İnformations

The conference papers will be published in the “Qədim diyar” international scientific journal.

Participation in the conference is free of charge.

Travel and accommodation expenses will be covered by the participants themselves or by their affiliated institutions. Detailed information regarding accommodation options will be provided at a later date.

• Members of Kafkas University, Khazar University, and Karabakh University will not be charged a participation fee.

• No fee will be requested from other participants attending in person.

• Participants are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, meals, and other expenses.

• Participation fee for one paper (online or in-person) from Turkey and abroad: 1200 TL (50 AZN)

• Participation fee for two papers (online or in-person): 1800 TL (75 AZN)

• The participation fee covers the PDF proceedings book, the certificate of participation, and coffee/tea breaks between sessions.
